Natural Treatment For Urticaria

1: Cut a large onion into slices and apply directly to the widest on the affected skin and fix with a band. If the affected area is large , it is better rub the skin with the slice loosely for several minutes.




2:  Apply an ice pack , cold pack or directly rub an ice cube on the skin to relieve itching , if urticaria is not due to a reaction allergic to cold;with this choice , is achieved that  blood vessels constrict in the skin surface which decreases the amount produced of irritating histamines.


3:  Apply magnesia milk or hamamelis water directly on the affected area and within minutes the discomfort area will disappear . Repeat application as soon as necessary.


4: Boil two tablespoons lime leaves , chamomile or valerian in a cup of water for 5 minutes. Drink before meals. It has an effect sedative or tranquilizer and is beneficial especially if the rash is caused by emotional stress.


5 : Apply the gel or transparent substance found inside the leaves of aloe vera or aloe vera directly on the affected skin.

6: Prepare a hot water bath and add a cup of baking soda. Remove the water and introduce into the bath for 20 minutes. This remedy is especially useful when the urticaria is widespread in the body.


7: Wrap in a thin cloth the content  in 1 cup of cornstarch in hoarfrost and several ground  chamomile flowers which should be immersed in the water bath or vat.

* Take frequent sources of  calcium and vitamin C , which , according to research , prevent attacks of urticaria. An example of plant is broccoli with calcium that can be consumed in salads or soups. As vitamin C, it is advisable to take a glass in fasting  along with juice of one or two lemons.

* Avoid wearing clothing made of synthetic material.

* Stop drinking tea , coffee (caffeine ) and cola .

* Reduce or eliminate excessive consumption of animal fats such as sausages , pork , organ meats, butter, bacon , cheese , canned seafood.

* Go to the emergency service immediately if rash in mouth and throat occurs , as it may blocks the airway

* Stop smoking if you smoke a cigarette.

* Avoid stress .

* Try to identify the source of the allergy if you consider that your rash is caused by an allergic reaction. The best way to urticaria treatment is avoiding the source that causes this disease. The food that usually causes urticaria is , shellfish , eggs , milk, nuts , berries and tomatoes.
