We have spoken before about the agents existence called carcinogens. By carcinogen is anything that is capable of inducing or causing cancer.

Beside this agents, we have seen that for a tumor occur must fail, both the biochemical defense as immunological systems. These faults do not occur randomly and also respond to certain causes that we will study forward .

Among the elements that directly or indirectly produce or facilitate the cancer development we can consider , among others, the following :

· Poor feeding
· Snuff
· Sexual Promiscuity
· Food Additives
· Alcohol
· Excessive sun exposure
· Environmental Pollution
· Industrial Chemicals
· Electromagnetic Radiation
· Psychological factors
· Chemical medicines and medical procedures

Observe in Figure 1 , the causes of cancer death statistical distribution   in Spain in 1995 , although these data are relative, because cancer does not usually result from a single cause.

Only in America , every day more than 3,000 people receive the news that they have cancer. We can get an idea of the deaths number that could have been avoided if we had followed proper prevention program :almost all ! Taking a healthy and natural life is possible can prevent millions of deaths . It is not worth?



We can see that the high cancer incidence is one of the taxes that we pay for the gradual withdrawal of Nature and the unnatural life that society imposes on us. In other words, the lifestyle that has been imposed on us is highly carcinogenic . This does not mean that all individuals in society end up contracting cancer by unnatural habits imposed  but they make us more prone to this evil.


As a result we can deduce that an utopian return to nature by society, a step back in terms of comfort , leisure and technology entail a large step towards true health and wellness .Although probably this turning back does not occur, nothing can prevent us to live as healthy and natural life possible, thus getting rid of not only cancer, but but rather also many other diseases that are the plague o f this era.
Current ( diabetes , Alzheimer's , atherosclerosis , stroke , hypertension, depression, etc).
