Urticaria Cure


Dermatoses characterized by erythematous papules edematous called  " welts " very itchy, which can be located anywhere in the integument and evanescent features disappearing within 24 hours.




They can be located like contact urticaria , generalized or confluent. The duration of each injury can be as little as 30 minutes to several days, as in urticariante vasculitis. The attacks may be frequent or intermittent.


Affected patients usually feel good, but can suffer severe episodes horn systemic symptoms such as tiredness, chills, or indigestion. Rare is the progression of urticaria to anaphylaxis. The drugs can cause or aggravate urticaria. Opiates, curare, radiocontrast media and some antibiotics (eg . Polymyxin B ) can cause the non-immunological mast cell degranulation cutáneous.

Most common types of urticaria
* Acute urticaria lesions lasting 24 hours to 6 weeks.
* Acute intermittent urticaria appear successive outbreaks .
* Chronic urticaria outbreaks persist more than 6 weeks .


Angioedema or angioneurotic edema is a reaction similar to urticaria but the inflammatory process is located in the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissue , appearing painless swelling and edema in soft tissue nonpruriginous since hours to days of evolution.


20-30% of urticarias are associated with angioedema. A skin symptoms can join systemic symptoms : fever , headache, nausea , vomiting , abdominal pain, diarrhea, arthralgia. Warning signs : loss of voice, hoarseness, stridor and dyspnea are due to be finished angioedema and glottis edema requiring urgent action.


Urticaria causes
Food can cause urticaria, appearing 30-90 minutes after ingestion , and may be associated with other symptoms of an IgE -mediated reaction such as cramps, diarrhea and nausea , and even bronchospasm , nasal congestion and vascular instability. It can occur at any age but most often after adolescence (3rd - 4th decades ) . There are no significant differences regarding sex, but urticaria in adults are more common in women, as well as forms of chronic urticaria.
