Intestinal Problems
Water
We should drink at least two liters of distilled water daily . If you are overweight or do hard physical work then you need more than two liters.
When we do not take enough water our body will absorb water from the fecal matter that is in the colon. This in turn would make it hardens and causes constipation. Our bodies use much more water than we realize. Every day we lose 1 ½ cups of water only through breathing.
More than 1 liter per day is lost in the urine, and every time we blink eyes our bodyloses a little water . Of course, our body loses large amounts of water through sweat .
Exercise
Exercise will help to stabilize the eliminations.We have 633 muscles, each of which needs to be exercised . If we do not use our muscles lose their tone , strength and flexibility . Exercise does not have to cause pain. There are hundreds of ways to exercise our body. The exercise that provides the greatest benefit is walking. And no special equipment is required than a good pair of shoes.
Stress
The relationship between mind and body is very narrow. When one is affected, the other sympathizes. Today stress is a cause of poor digestion, ulcers, and constipation. Grief, anxiety , discontent, remorse, guilt, distrust or other emotions, all tend to diminish the vital forces.
Drugs
Medications can cause many problems in the intestine. Among the side effects of many drugs is constipation by many physiological reasons. Antibiotics , such as penicillin and sulfa drugs can completely eliminate flattering intestinal flora, providing the opportunity for virus and harmful bacteria.
Laxatives
Are irritating for intestines and are dangerous. Today there are more than 45,000 cathartic laxatives and drugs are being manufactured and used in the USA. These substances , in order to evacuate the colon , are essentially poisons and irritants.
The intestinal tract is poisoned, treat to remove offending substances as possible and in the process eliminate everything. Often such substances are absorbed through the lymph vessels and blood,and go through the whole body and can affect the liver, kidneys and other vital areas .Many of these medications can cause addiction and can destroy the intestines ability to remove them naturally.

Mix 4 teaspoons of herb in a liter of distilled water (which was boiling and lower heat to add the herb) . Let stand for an hour, then drink 1 or 2 cups one hour before meals or fasting To heal and stay well, our bodies have to be clean both outside and inside.
If you consume unrefined natural foods, take plenty of pure water, exercising properly and avoid drugs , you should not have problem with a normal elimination.
