Care With Frozen Foods
Most of the foods can be frozen, however there are some whose freezing is not recommended for several reasons:

* Cheese and other dairy : not all, but some types of cheese crumble when frozen . When this happens serve as grated cheese but not to take sliced.
* Other foods: like dairy cream, yogurt and cottae cheese do not have a good freeze. Sometimes decompose and lose texture change their real flavor. However Butter can be frozen without any problem.
* Fresh vegetables : ice crystals soften these foods, making them lose their structure and flavor. But that can be frozen cooked or simply bleached or scalded by boiling water between two to five minutes.
