 Liver Cleaning

 We will describe a simple, but effective, safe and painless treatment, acts as a real solution for acne but  with more potential effects  in our body not only removes gallstones or bile ducts  and the hundreds and thousands of gallstones in the liver, clean all our blood that it is our first sap of  life.

The liver cleanse requires six days of preparation, followed by 16 to 20-hours of clean.

To remove gallstones, you need the following:

Apple juice Six containers of one liter (32 ounces)
Epsom salts (Magnesium sulfate 4 tablespoons dissolved in three glasses of water ( 8 ounces)
Virgin olive oil Half cup (4 ounces)
Fresh grapefruit or a combination of fresh lemons and oranges Amount needed to squeeze two thirds glass of juice.
Two jars of a pint one with lid.

 • Magnesium sulfate or magnesium sulphate,with common name Epsom salt, is a chemical compound containing magnesium.

 • If not tolerate grapefruit juice or if it causes nausea, you can use equal parts of lemon juice and freshly squeezed orange. The effect is the same with any option.

 • Should preferably utilize organic apple juice, natural is most recommended and more effective, although for the purposes of cleaning serves any commercial apple juice. Concentrated apple or cider works well. It would be desirable to rinse your mouth with baking soda or brushing your teeth several times a day, for the acid juice does not damage your teeth.

The effect fermenter juice helps the bile ducts expand. If this becomes uncomfortable, you can add water to apple juice. Drink the juice slowly throughout the day, between meals ,avoid the juice during, just before or two hours after meals and in the evening.
