Exercise 13. Boxing Bag
You can use a punching bag, speed bag or even one of those bags of bounce for a good workout. Of the three, the boxing heavy bag is best for a full body workout, while the speed bag will test your rhythm and timing and you will have a great training of the upper part of the body.
If it is available in your gym or if you have a bag in your house, attempts to use it for a good warm-up or as a final intense routine of your force, you can perform the routine of punching bag hitting at intervals of 30 to 45 minutes, youl will be doing an exercise of high intensity mixed with force.
Exercise 14. Jumping rope-exercise rope
No there is nothing better than jumping rope as a great full body workout.
I like using it as heating before or preferably after my workouts with weights. I prefer to use the strings "fast" plastic, really cheap, instead of cloth.
Once you get used to it you can jump rope much faster with the plastic rope that with the cloth and let you do an exercise more intense. And do not mess with the strings with handle heavy, simply you will reduce the speed.
Your goal is the speed of the jump rope. Try mixing jumps with the two legs, jumps with one leg crossing the arms, double jumps, the rope passes under the feet twice by each hop, to maintain the interest and increase the intensity. In addition try to alternate 15 to 20 seconds of high intensity where as you try quickly jump, followed by intervals of 15 to 20 seconds of recovery in which you jump slowly to prepare for the next round. Repeat until you are gasping, what could happen very fast!
Exercise 15. jump squats exercise
Squat jump, jumps of the box, jump with momentum and broad jump are some of the best ways to incorporate exercises of explosive jump in your routines. The nature of powerful exercises make jump and work the muscles of the legs in a totally different way of the majority of the normal force exercises.
A study of a university showed that the jumps with squats cause the greatest response of testosterone of all the exercises studied. This means more muscle and less fat in your entire body, not only in your legs.try mixing the jumpexercises with other to the top of the body and you will accomplish some very intense session.
