Exercise 11. Athlete's exercises of force

This kind of training is a little harder but it is fantastic for those who want to try something different. The premise is based on the exercises which doing the participants of the competencies type "the world's strongest man".



If you have a garden, you can even do some training sessions with these exercises in the open air for a little fun. Probably you will attract strange look of your neighbors! You can get a giant tire tractor and throw it into the air,which is basically a dead weight lifting followed by a press.

You can also try raise logs, lift and carry stones, lift and throw barrels, heavy hauling sledges, everything that involves launching, push, lift weights or launch all kinds of foreign objects.

You do not have to be a monster to enjoy this type of exercise, only manipulate objects of any size that will mean a challenge for our own strength.Strength exercises work the whole body in a way very intense and could easily lead to getnew results.


Exercise 12. Scale the rope

This exercise goes back to the old days of school in which we scaled the rope in the gym class. Truly if you have access to a rope, either in a gym or somewhere in outdoors activity, the escalation of rope can forms the upper part of the body like no other exercise.
An excellent way to incorporate the escalation of rope to intense trainings is doing the escalation and then go down.

Then while the upper part of the body is recovering for the next escalation, you can do an exercise for the lower part of the body such as squats or going up and down stairs. Continue alternating the scales with the exercises of the lower part of the body and make an intense full body workout.
