The Eastern White ginseng on the contrary is the root of ginseng that has been naturally dried.

The Eastern wild ginseng is extremely rare in the market today and can be obtained for a price of twenty thousand dollars per ounce (31,103.3 milligrams).  For this reason, ginseng is usually cultivated for use by the majority of the Chinese and Koreans.


Types of ginseng

Russian scientists claim that the siberian ginseng help the memory, the resistance and energy. Siberian ginseng is a staple of the production workers and athletes.


Any of the three types is considered as efficient to optimize the organism performance. Likewise, its price and availability plays an important role also. With the ease of trade in natural products today the three forms of ginseng are available.
