The acidic fruits are excellent to lower your cholesterol and uric acid.The semi-acid fruits are rich in proteins of high biological value.Sweet fruits are known for being the largest group, are compatible with each other, rich in vitamins A,C,E, complex B12 and B15.


The neutral fruits are the most rich in proteins, vitamins, mineral salts andtrace elements.

General important recommendations about fruits
* Must be consumed fresh.

* Should be consumed alone, without mixing with other foods,

* Should not be abused by the acidic fruit juices.

* It is not desirable drinking juices of fruits after meals. Must  be made two hour before or two hour after.

* Vegetables and fruit should not be eaten in the same food.

* The orange  should be eaten alone."The orange is gold in the morning, silver at noon and is a lead by the  night"

* Citrus fruits should be eaten in the morning  before 2 Pm.

* The sweet fruits can be eaten at any hour of the day.

*  All fruits must be chewed well.

*  Should be eaten mature and  must be consumed  in most cases without shells or seeds.

* Should be eaten well-washed

* Should not be consumed as a dessert, makes bad digestion.

* Fruit juices should be consumed fresh and as soon as possible because they tend to ferment faster and transformed into a source of pain and illness, affecting the liver and the brain.


Mixtures drawbacks:
The fruit salads should only be made of sweet fruits. There are fruits that you can not mix because they produce harmful chemical reactions in the body since the oils from the fruit and the neutral sugars of the sweet  produce toxic ferments for cellular life.

They are not compatible with the sour fruits since when the acids are mixed with sugar tends to slow the formation of glucose, staying longer than normal in the intestines which produces toxic fermentations.

Do not mix orange with carrot. Raises the acidity, cause problems in the liver,stimulates excess of bile, increase power substances that attack the renal system,produces heartburns, reflux and deterioration of the ureters.

Pineapple with milk ?. It is a poison so powerful that blows out cockroaches, the bromelain which contains the pineapple potentializes the active principles that activates the toxicity.

Guava with bananas. Cause problems of hyperacidity  or acidosis.

Advantages of the protein of the dried fruit over the animal protein

* There are no produce wastes such as urea, uric acid, etc, that is abundantin the meat.

* Are free of the harmful bacteria that we could find in the meat.

* Are free of parasites.

* Are rich in Vitamin B, necessary for the health of the brain nerves.
