Exercise 2. Kettlebell Workout- Training With Weights

Probably you've heard about weight training russian or kettlebell workout many times before but we have to reiterate that it is one of the best training methods that we have tested and that has led our physical capacity to an entirely new level. The Russian weights are an alternative type of training with free weights instead of the bars and dumbbells.


Its unique design and the weight distribution,basically a cannon ball with a handle allow another complete different type of exercises compared to the
dumbbells and bars.

The Russian weights have been widely used for the training of athletes,military units, competitors of martial arts, and other rude individuals but there is no reason why someone that seeks to be stronger, bigger or better trained not be able to learn the exercises and benefit from them.

Exercise 3. Ladder Exercises

This is great because there are stairs everywhere. You can go to a football field and climb the stairs of the stadium, any building has stairs as a hotel,the majority of people take the elevator, so there is not even a lot of people watching you while you do exercise or even on the stairs of your own home.

For an impressive training full body, test quick races climbing stairs alternating with a exercise for the upper part of the body, such as dominated or lizards circuit training.

If they are made with a high enough intensity, training in stairs help create changes in your whole body due to the hormonal response of building muscle.

The objetive is fat burning and increased metabolism that is obtained through the work of the larger groups of muscles. If you thought that up and down the stairs was the only way to make a good training in ladder .. think again.


Exercise 4. Exercise With Rings

This training uses basically portable fitness rings that you can take with you anywhere. If you throw belts above any high bar as a bar to dominated, the top of a shelf, or even on a cross-bar of a football field or a football goal, then you can adjust the rings to do exercises as  funds, flexes, dominated, leg lifts, turns of the body, squats and many more.


The funds and the flexings of arms with the rings are  best and the rings really make them much more difficult and they make work much more the stabilizer muscles at the same time.

The rings allow your joints move more naturally and can help to prevent or even recover from the injuries of the shoulder.
Personally when I try to make funds in a normal bank, makes me sore theshoulders. However funds with rings are perfect, and also make me work much better muscles. The rings are one of the best equipment for training that I have purchased. Give them a chance is not bad idea.

if you're ready for a challenge. I like to have my rings and a couple of russian weights in a football field and I'm training hard intensely outdoor rings alternating exercises with weights and kettlebell workout.
