Organic Food: The Conventional Farming
Currently exist a significant degree of pollution, each day there are new diseases although the progress of science to help us to fight other than before were deadly…to cope with these factors and have a good health we must take care of our food and include in our diet organic products.
The concept of healthy diet is on the one hand very specific if we know that we must eat and in what quantities but at the same time may be a concept very ambiguous, for we must always ask: healthy diet for whom and in what circumstances?
We live in a time and in a society privileged by the great abundance of organic foods available however paradoxically we also encounter the problem of the choice of the adequate diet.
Eating organic
The ability to choose a healthy diet is something that we have to learn, as we discussed on other occasions in other articles. In addition, the population is becoming increasingly sensitive to the need and the desire to maintain the health, the culture of the "know how to live". We are more receptive to everything related to nutrition and the diet healthy organic food, the culture of living is very present in our day to day.
But how do you really know if the products that we consume are organic food? Is it the same thing that ecological than organic? What about the biological food?
There are several people who say that are only organic food, organic or biological which they get a certification and to do so, they must overcome the controls of the committees of agriculture of the autonomous community where they are produced. The products must satisfy strictly to the regulations of the relevant European Union.
In order to be able to recognize them, we have no more to look at the community logo, the label of the pistachio green leaf with white stars that must carry, both imported organic foods as those produced in our country.
Of course these foods cannot be contaminated with chemical agents, nothing of fertilizers, pesticides or genetically called transgenics. This food is exposed to double inspection, the ordinary that must behave all the food and another specific to certify that this is indeed organic products.
Organic producers must pass periodic inspections as maximum each year, overcoming a comprehensive tests of quality and production.
