The Tea, extracted from the Camellia sinensis, is the most widely consumed beverage in the world after water and lies between the traditional fifty basic plants of Chinese medicine. Therefore it is important to know its possible implications for health.





The degree of fermentation has a decisive influence on the color and flavor of each variety of tea, and is what sets the four basic types: black tea, green tea, red tea and white tea. In addition to these we can find oolong tea, yellow tea and aromatized teas.


What is black tea
black tea is one of the most aromatic and the most oxidized of all teas, a feature that gives it its intense flavor.
