There are three main species of ginseng, eastern, American and Siberian. The eastern ginseng has been used in traditional Chinese medicine alternative for thousands of years. Native Americans also have used American ginseng for throughout history.

Types of ginseng

Russian scientists claim that the siberian ginseng help the memory, the resistance and energy. Siberian ginseng is a staple of the production workers and athletes.
Any of the three types is considered as efficient to optimize the organism performance. Likewise, its price and availability plays an important role also. With the ease of trade in natural products today the three forms of ginseng are available.
