Exercise 3: 
Now performs the exercise by pulling it back, first with one hand and then with the other, to work the triceps. Again, repeats of 8 to 10 times.


Weights are also very effective for toning the arms. Lifting light weights at the beginning and gradually increasing its weight. Performs this exercise sitting, for best results.
