Sleep is very important and affects a heavy toll our health, our mood, our productivity ... and you, what do you sleep everything you need?




The 35.3 % of adults in USA sleep less than 7 hours per day and the most shocking is that the 37.9 % of the respondents reported having been asleep during the day unintentionally at least once during the last month. That is to say that 3 of every 10 american sleeping fewer hours than recommended for good health and almost 4 in 10 have problems during the day due to a lack of sleep.


The importance of sleep and rest well is vastly underrated. As we have many things to do and we are going very fast, many times we are not saying that we do not give it the priority it should, but actually sleep affects and much to our health.

In the sleep problems are related  a wide variety of health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity, depression, heart problems, stroke… poor sleep or little also has an impact on our energy level, our productivity, our level of stress, our humor and the desire to exercise and up to what we eat.

We have all noticed in our own meat what happens to us if one day we have not slept well or if we have a time sleeping evil.

For you,sleep is a priority??do You brand a reasonable hour to go to sleep and you fulfill?..do you sleep the 7-9 hours recommended by experts??...are you going to sleep and you wake up at the same time each day?...do you have  already removed all electronic devices from your room?..do you disconnecting an hour before going to bed  the computer, tablet, mobile?..does your room breathes an atmosphere relaxing?.do you avoid large meals and caffeine before bedtime? does your mattress and pillow invite you to rest?

If you answered no to any of these questions you already know where you can begin to improve your sleep habits.

Also, if you are the sort of people that have trouble sleeping in thinking thousands of things that you have pending. It is recommended that you leave a book and  pen in your bedside table and write what round in your head and keeps you from sleeping.
