Improve Your Brain With  Neuro Exercises


The simple fact of change your hand to brush your teeth,start to write with the other hand, contradicting your routine and forcing the brain stimulation, is a new technique to improve concentration and change routine habits training the creativity and intelligence.So is performed an exercise of  neuro aerobics.




A discovery within the neuroscience reveals that the brain maintains extraordinary capacity to grow and move the patterns of its connections. The authors of this discovery, Lawrence Katz and Manning Rubin, reveal that neuro aerobics or aerobic of neurons is a new form of brain exercise planned to keep the brain healthy and agile creating new and different patterns of  neuron activities in your brain.

Nearly 80% of our day is occupied by routines that in spite of having the advantage of reducing the intellectual effort conceal a perverse effect that restrict the brain.

To counteract this trend it is necessary to practice exercises "brain" that make people think only of what they are doing, focusing on that task. The challenge of neuro aerobics is to make everything contrary to the routine forcing the brain to an additional work.


Brain Fit: Some exercises:
*Put your watch on the opposite arm that you normally are wearing.

*Brushing teeth with the hand opposite to your usual hand.

*Walk backwards in the home, in China this routine is practiced in the parks.

* Changes the way to get to and from work.

* Enter small changes in your habits, transforming them into challenges for your brain.

* Clothe yourself with the eyes closed.

* Stimulates the palate with different things.

* Look at the pictures upside.

* Look at the time in the mirror.

* Flip through any magazine and find a photo that you call the attention. Then think about 25 adjectives that describe the image or item photographed.

* When you go to a restaurant, try to identify the ingredients of the dish you have chosen and concentrate on the more subtle flavors.

* When going into a very crowded room, try to calculate how many are on the right side and how many on the left. Look at the details of the decoration and list them with the eyes closed.

* Select a phrase in a book and try to form a phrase different forming the same words.

* Try to play some game or activity that never before has practiced.

* Buy a puzzle and try to fit the correct parts as fast as you can making timing.    Repeat the exercise to view your rogress in speed.

* try to memorize the list of the market.

* See the dictionary and learn a new word a day and try to use it in your daily conversation.

* Listen  the radio  news and tv as soon as you wake up and later make a list with the most important.

* When reading a word think in five other that begin with the same letter.


The idea is change the behavior of routine. Try to do some different things with the other side of the brain stimulating it in that way. Worth a try! In addition it will be fun to do different things.

So what if we start practicing brain activities now: changing hands mouse for example?..sounds a little different in the beginings but it is worth it.
