Reiki is a therapy that involves channeling energy through the hands. In this way we aim to obtain a more balanced physical, spiritual and mental health of people.
Reiki is a Japanese word and is divided into "rei" which is defined as the vital energy and "ki" which is the energy that is able to move to humans.

Vita energy is defined as that which is within living beings. It is regarded as the life force that is able to encourage all forms of life. On the other hand the "ki" is treated as invisible and silent appearance but also has the ability to permeate everything.
Thus reiki becomes a communication system in which the person that performs the function of cure is the healer and is simultaneously responsible for transmitting energy to the patient. Thus the healer becomes the recipient of the patient's energy.
The work of reiki physically is based on the position of the hands that are intermediaries and activate the vital flow throughout the body.
The modus operandi of reiki at mental level is that it allows us to be able to separate our unconscious all the negative thoughts we have.
On the emotional level Reiki healing will help us to have more clear our thoughts and feelings so ourselves feel better.
Reiki is based on practical principles.The principles of Reiki are:
-Only for one day do not worry
-Only for one day try not to irritate
-Only for one day try being kind to others and respects everyone
-And just for a day give thanks because you are alive.
