Benefits Of Pure Air In Our Body
Pure Air
The air is a mixture of invisible gases without taste and no smell that surround the earth. The air at sea level is composed of: 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, 1% water vapor, carbon dioxide , ammonia residue, argon helium and other rare gases.
Experiments have shown that the death will occur for a prolonged inhalation of air, when the proportion of oxygen is much larger than that found naturally in the atmosphere.
Then we realize that the mixture called air is not an accidental combination, if not perfectly adapted by our Creator to meet the needs of the human body.
The first need of all living creatures on earth is oxygen. We cannot live without it. Oxygen should always be present in the air that we breathe. All the trillions of cells of the human body must be fed constantly by oxygen, otherwise, it will weaken and die.
Through fluids in the tissues, the cells get the oxygen they need and return the carbon dioxide that they do not need. The transportation of oxygen in the external air to the cell tissue, and the evacuation of the carbon dioxide is carried out through the lungs.
Our lungs are light and its texture is spongy. If they were placed in the water would float. Normally we breathe fifteen times per minute, breathing near a pint (eighth quarts) of air every time we breathe.
The lungs usually kept close to six pints of air, so that approximately one-sixth of air s exchanged every time we breathe. A person who is sleeping only uses about 10% of the capacity of their lungs.
The heavy work increases the use of the lungs by 50 %. The singer or playing wind instruments used their lungs almost to its maximum possible capacity.
THE AIR IS CHARGED WITH ELECTRICITY
The best air contains electricity. The air we breathe affects the body as if you were charged with electricity. This electrical energy absorbed by the blood, is carried to all parts of the body. The air we breathe contains as ions negatively charged,as ions positively charged.
Our bodies need a larger quantity of negative ions for optimum health. While we breathe large amounts of positive ions, the bad, we can feel adverse effects such as: headache, nasal obstruction, hoarseness, fatigue, scratchy throat, dizziness, etc.
The breathing of air negatively charged, the good air or air pure, will produce feelings of joy and well-being. It has been shown that the negatively charged air reduces the number of breaths and low blood pressure, while the positively charged air does exactly the opposite.
A group of researchers reported that patients who have high blood pressure and breathing air negatively charged reduced an average of 39 mm Hg in systolic blood pressure.
