Today all  people or almost all  we know that if you want to lose weight, you need to  burn fat and we are also aware that in order to burn fat, it is essential to boost our metabolism. This is where many are stagnant because they ignore how to increase their metabolism. There are a few luckiest who are benefited from that therefore do not have to worry about boosting their metabolism. for all other, here I leave 5 tips to get boost your metabolism:




1) Eat more often:
Exactly as you heard or read.  When you eat 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 large, your metabolism speeds up. Could do it so in the following way:

* Take the breakfast at 7 am or before
* Eat a sandwich for mid-morning between 9 - 10 am
* Eat your lunch at 12 or 1 pm
* Eat another sandwich at between 3 - 4pm
* Eat dinner at 6pm or a little more early


2) Exercise
Perhaps we really need to explain this. It is recommended that you make at least half an hour of daily exercise. But not be limited simply to its thirty minutes, try to be more active throughout the day, choose the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little farther out, do some sport, go out for a walk, etc.

3) Exercise early
If you are like me, the idea of getting up early to exercise sounds to punishment, however, there are unique benefits for those who perform this extra effort because, when you do exercise in the morning, our metabolism is accelerated and maintained more active throughout the day.

4) Drink water
Drink two liters of water per day represent an increase in the spending daily total of approximately 100 kcal. These results suggest that the thermogenic effect of water must be considered when treatment is performed in order to lose weight, although further studies are required to corroborate and contrasting this interesting theory.

5) Water of foods and fruits
There are foods that can contain up to 90% water. The fruit, for example
,has a high water content and is a perfect substitute for desserts and snacks. Always keep on hand a wide variety of fruit - apples, bananas, papayas, kiwi, grapefruit, etc.
