How to increase your energy levels-steps (are not in order)

1. Drink more water:
Ddrink water is absolutely vital for your health and well-being. It is amazing how many people are chronically dehydrated, simply because they do not drink an adequate amount of water. If you want quick results to amazing levels, stop drinking alcohol, stop taking coffee and drink the 2% of your body weight in water a day.It is recommended to take two liters of water per day on average.


2. Change your diet:
The way in which we eat has a major impact not only on health but also on the way we feel and on the level of energy. So, to increase your energy change your diet, eat balanced. Eat more fruits and vegetables, eat less meat and processed foods. Stay away from refined sugars and saturated fats.

3.Sleep best:
Sleep is a complex function of great importance in our lives. During sleep our body is able to repair itself, grow more and replace the new cell, the millions of cells that are killed daily. Growth hormone occurs during deep sleep, and is that regulates the reproduction and cell growth. The lack of sleep and insufficient sleep make your body ages much faster.


4. Exercise:
You should exercise and most likely think that you do not have enough energy to do exercise. The exercise is good for our health and we should  have a regular exercise program. Starts slowly, you can start walking for a few hours a week and once you pick up the rhythm,  get more exercise.


5. Learn how to breathe:
Humans use only 15% of their brain capacity. We believe the same is true for the lungs. We started our lives breathing correctly, but somehow in somewhere in some time in our lives, probably is when we started getting more stress, stop breathing correctly and we can breathe by mere survival. So you can begin to breathe more deeply, uses the lungs,take oxygen by yourself.


6. Controls your thoughts:
Your daily thoughts have more influence on your life and your health that you can imagine. The negative pessimistic thinking, can wreak havoc on your life and can leave you completely without energy. And going a step beyond, the negative thoughts of others about it and their constant complaints also deplete you. Therefore control your thoughts and controls what is in your hand.


7. The nervous system:
The most important component, the nervous system controls the other parts of your body and controls the six things I have explained so far. If your nervous system does not work correctly, all other efforts will be in vain. The best way to optimize your nervous system is through regular chiropractic care.
