Breathing  Pure Air

Hippocrates said: "The pure air is the first food and the first medication." Such as food, pure air supplies the majority of our physiological needs, so that in the field, in the forest, the mountains or on the shores of the sea, you can live mainly from air and secondarily of food intended for the stomach.

This can be see in the frugality of the peasants which despite their tough work and strong physical wear, living healthy with omelettes and beans.

Conversely in the cities where the air and food do not meet the excellencies of pure air to maintain the vital energy, the man need to recharge the stomach feeding, which adds to the poor food choices that maintain a general state of vital failure.

Benefits of breathing
The air must enter to our body by two lines: through the lungs and the skin. The skin is a third lung, at the same time as a third kidney, absorbing usually the fourth or the fifth part of the oxygen that we need and spewing in similar proportion the debris from our organic wear.

For the skin to perform  its functions it is essential that is in direct contact with the atmosphere or at least that this is renewed on that, hence the importance of the baths of air and the harmful effects of the T-shirts and clothes glued to the body.

Breathe healthy
Pulmonary respiration must be done through the nose with your mouth closed because the nose is the guardian of the lungs, heating the air too cold and retaining their impurities. While better nourish us with air, the less we need less food stomach, that is why people who have pulmonary insufficiency, as the phthisic, develops a great digestive activity, being classic the appetite of these sick people who never is satisfied.

Air bathing for health to  people who suffer from the lungs, the same that the sick of the kidneys are especially beneficial the perspiration. As well as to have a good digestion is necessary to know eating, we must also know about breathe.

It is therefore necessary the respiratory gymnastics several times a day and especially in the morning doing deep breaths during some minutes with the mouth closed.

We therefore look for the fresh air all the time, as the most precious food to preserve our health, sleeping the whole year with the open window and if possible in the summer doing it in the yard or under the trees.
