Natural food is the one that offers the Nature Mother in every place and in every time of the year and it would be better to our organism  in the state in which it is offered. It is essential to know choosing our food in order to maintain our health because digested food form the blood and this will be of the same quality of food. Health depends of good nutrition and it cannot exist but by introducing in our body products intended by nature to our maintenance.
