4. Constipation, by the low supply of fiber and uncooked foods such as mixedvegetables and fruits.

6. Deterioration of health in general, by an imbalance of nutrients.

7. Heavy and slow digestions, due to the fact that the cooking method of the majority of their products is through the frying of fried and breaded, which is made with canola oil or coconut and palm among others, in many cases tends to be re-used.
