Fruit Juices-healthy fruit


Apple
A daily glass of apple healthy juice at breakfast ensures a good physical form. It is recommended that you cook two apples into pieces in a liter of water, for half an hour. Carrot

Lemon is considered a highly acidic fruit by what is often unfairly deprecated for those suffering from rheumatism. Protects the mucous membrane that  lining the stomach in addition to stimulating  the functions of  pancreas and liver.

Its powerful antibacterial and antiviral action, makes the lemon  a favorite for the gargles  to sore throats, ulcers of the mouth and gingivitis, diluted half and half with hot water.


Melon
