Doing exercise has many benefits, not only is good for the body, we can get muscular tone, we can increase our defenses but also we got more energy and we feel more positive. However sometimes our objectives are not achieved  despite of regular exercise. There are very common errors that prevent us losing the weight that we want or prevent shape our body. 1. Distraction
A friend of mine tells me that she walks every day at least half an hour with several companions, however does not lose weight.

The reason is that they do not wander very fast but at a slow pace to talk quietly. This is a simple walk, a recreation time, pleasant but without doubt do not  lets  her burn the calories needed to lose weight.


2. Do not vary the exercises
We have already commented that it is important to find an exercise that we like it, a sport that we love so that you do not leave physical activities. But it is important to vary our exercise routine, the intensity for a few minutes, so that our body does not get bored.

I like practicing Pilates, it relaxes me, helps me shape the body and take care of my back. However we can combine with spinning for vary, aerobics or now that it was good running time.

The body responds very well to the challenges, varies from time to time the days that you practice exercise, the intensity or modality that practices.

3. Don't take many energy drinks or snacks
Some people have the habit of taking sips of energy drinks while doing sports. Without noticing that we are taking large amount of calories with the drink. If in addition we take energy bars, it is the same, we add more calories instead of subtracting what we were looking for: a help to losing weight.

You choose to drink natural water and take simple snack as pieces of fruit or a handful of toasted nuts without salt.

If you don't make these common mistakes when you are doing exercise, you burn more calories and get more toned body, you'll look better, you look better and your clothes without a doubt will sit better. Good luck with this basic tips.
