However if you stop exercise negative and begin to consume junk food, your abdomen plane will disappear.

Men and women should be working their abdomens in different way.

Answer: Men and women have muscles; by the same token, should be working in the same way. If a woman wants a line in the center of  her abdomen, she will needs to eat properly and in turn follow a program of cardiovascular conditioning.
