Vegetables: The leafy green like spinach or red like red peppers are a good source of beta carotene which increase the resistance of cells causing bronchial asthma attacks.
Antioxidants: The provitamin A (colored fruits and vegetables), vitamin C (citrus fruits), and vitamin E (vegetable oils), which increase the resistance of the bronchial free radicals from pollutants and toxins and inflammation bronchi.

And we must avoid at all costs:

Additives: Since many of them can cause allergies or asthma attacks (monosodium glutamate, sulfites, nitrate and sodium nitrate) etc..
Wine: To which is added as an additive sulfite above.
Fish: Contains histamine, if it is very fresh and has been kept in poor conditions.
Sal: At higher salt intake,lower is the respiratory function in asthmatics (and proven).
Beer: because brewer's yeast.
Seafood: common cause of allergies.
Milk: It can manifest symptoms in asthmatic children.
Egg. Especially the bud. Avoid in asthma, to check that is tolerated without adverse reactions.
Ripened cheeses: Contain histamine. The moldy blue are the most dangerous.
Royal Jelly: Very important because frequently causes asthma attacks and even severe allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock.
Nuts: In children with asthma, such as peanuts or walnuts
